Refund Policy

We hope you love your products, but if you are unsatisfied with one, then we will be happy to issue a return authorization form within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please contact customerservice@brassnsassy.com. We must receive that item back in our warehouse within 20 days of the issued return authorization form. The item must be in a new, unused condition with the original tags and packaging.

Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the return. It will be refunded in the original form of payment. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. You would need to submit a new order online and go through the return policy process of requesting an RA (Return Authorization) number.
