Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping normally take?

Standard Shipping is between 3-5 business days depending on where you live. Feel free to contact us if you need anything by a certain day.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. You would need to submit a new order online and go through the return policy process of requesting an RA (Return Authorization) number.

Do we offer returns?

We will be happy to issue a return authorization form within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please contact customerservice@brassnsassy.com. We must receive that item back in our warehouse within 20 days of the issued return authorization form. The item must be in a new, unused condition with the original tags and packaging.
